The Next Fitness StarTM rules and conditions shall apply to all participants including the video voting community.
1. This contest is open to all persons 18 years and older.
2. The contest is void where prohibited.
3. CentaflixTM and its companies will not be responsible for any taxes incurred by contestants (winners must declare and pay all taxes).
4. The monthly pool dollars will be paid to the top ten contestants with the most click votes for that month. Pool dollar voting ends at 12 a.m. EST.
5. All payments to contestants will be disbursed on the 15th of the following month of winning. There is no maximum to the number of wins per contestant.
6. All votes are subject to review and verification.
7. The voting community cannot be compensated for participating in any way by a contestant directly or indirectly.
8. The Next Fitness Star contest will officially run from Jan 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012.
9. The top 50 contestants will be invited to the Finals. The top 10 contestants will receive a travel voucher designed to cover air, hotel and food.
10. The Grand Prizes and all other rewards associated with The Next Fitness Star will be rewarded the day of the finals, to be held no later than April 2013.
11. In addition to the Grand Prize for the Fitness Stars, we pay to the gym that we have on record. The gym must help promote the Contest by placing flyers in their facility.
12. We practice a strict privacy policy; whereby no names, personal or business information will be shared or sold outside of the family of Centaflix companies.
13. We reserve the right to change or update rules and regulations at any time.
14. All disputes of any kind and nature will be settled by arbitrator in the State of Florida. If we cannot reach an agreement, you agree that all disputes are to be filed and held within the State of Florida's courts of law.
